After a very short, intense outburst of emotion following Tasha’s snub (and a minor spill on the sidewalk), Ezra finds solace in Daddy’s arms.

Instant bounce-back! Ezra is a total mini-me of Dad Corey.

Kid, you are gonna break some hearts. Go easy on the girls. They can’t help themselves.

Don’t worry. Your Momma will teach you how to be a kind-hearted gentleman. She’ll just point to your Dad and say “Be like him.” Easy. Done.

Denise, you have the prettiest smile; I’m going to miss seeing it so much! (trying not to cry).

Kira’s wondering if she could qualify for a first-time homebuyer mortgage and perhaps, offer the new owner a sweet deal so she could stay.

Then it’s a quick twirl to show me how her pretty dress floats around her when she spins and suddenly, acquiring that mortgage is all but forgotten.

The kid is sweet. And I don’t say that about many kids.

Gentle Sky tolerates hugs well. Not something many dogs are into…

Of course, there is a quid pro quo for the hugging business.

This gorgeous couple posed for me, but it was fleeting, because boyfriend doesn’t care for cameras, especially strangers with cameras.

To be so gorgeous and yet so shy, seems a crime.

Here is brother of gorgeous guy – if possible, even more uncomfortable. Girlfriend relaxed as all get out – model material!

Some tell the story more eloquently than others.

Kelli Ann grew up in the Philadelphia area, hence the letter “P.” South Street, many memories of South Street for her. She was an only child. When her ailing mother needed her, Kelli Ann brought her from Philly to Minneapolis, to care for her, to help her die, surrounded by love and gratitude. Her mother’s eyes are gazing at us from the top of the tat. Embedded in the letter P are Independence Hall, the (cracked) Liberty Bell, and a LOVE statue…

Years ago, Kelli Ann asked me about my motorcycle, when and where did I learn to ride. Not long after, she bought her own bike, got her license. This girl doesn’t just dream. She makes stuff happen. Now, with her own bike and the freedom to express her spirit, she honors her mother by flying down the road and she enjoys every tiny morsel life has to offer. She celebrates Independence.

It’s an honor to know her.

Florence, thank you for the delicious vegan meal and for being such a gracious, laid-back hostess with the mostest. Thank you to husband David for preparing that delectable lasagna, yum! The salad with walnuts and apples will be replicated on this side of town fo’ sho, the wine, the sorbet, the coffee, all of it supreme, but best of all: the conversation and camaraderie.

PS: Florence, the dust in the cow cabinet is atrocious. Could hardly photograph thru the dust clouds. Do something about that, wouldjya?
